企业文化作为一种管理理论和科学,与企业的其他管理理论一样,必须由相关的学科基础理论作为支撑才能构成完整的学术体系。本研究在充分吸收外国及日本理论界研究成果和实践的基础上,重点从文化学、组织行为学、管理学哲学、心理学相结合方面进行了许多综合性论析,使其在学科体系构筑方面更加科学、厚重与坚实。本研究通过进一步整合日本诸多卓越企业的别具一格的企业文化,使之在交融互鉴的基础上,构筑功能齐全、特色鲜明、便于操作的新型日本企业文化,推动日本企业文化建设和企业经营管理实践上一个新台阶。同时将日本企业文化及独创的管理理论与方法推向世界,尤其是对一些新兴国家以及正在为摆脱贫困追求发展志向的广大落后发展中国家经济发展。本专著在研究剖析日本企业文化的过程中,通过比较研究,如日美和日中国家之间,日本各地域企业之间,以及日本的大中小企业之间的文化比较等等,阐释了企业文化的共性及其鲜明的特殊性,尤其是对于地域之间和大中小企业之间的比较,这对整体上认识、考究以及借鉴日本企业文化,为构筑本国企业文化提供了切实可行的参考价值。
