前 言
《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》要求,经过5~10年的时间,职业教育基本完成由政府举办为主向政府统筹管理、社会多元办学的格局转变,由追求规模扩张向提高质量转变,由参照普通教育办学模式向企业社会参与、专业特色鲜明的类型教育转变,大幅提升新时代职业教育现代化水平,为促进经济社会发展和提高国家竞争力提供优质人才资源支撑。从 2019年开始,我国在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动“学历证书 若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点(“1 X”证书制度试点)工作。
本书以培养钳工操作技能的应用型人才为目标,以《国家职业技能标准 钳工》(中级)为基本依据,融入钳工技能竞赛技能考核相关要素,介绍了钳工基本知识、钳工基本操作
技能、钳工综合操作技能训练、职业技能鉴定钳工中级试卷分析、钳工技能训练题库等内容。本书本着实用够用、节约材料的原则,在设计任务时将知识点在上一任务基础上递加,使用上一任务的完成件作为下一任务的毛坯件,不仅能够达到学习者学习知识的目的,而且大大节约了培训耗材。
本书内容讲解细致全面,对钳工实际工作具有指导性意义。在结构上,从职业学校学生基础能力出发,遵循专业理论的学习规律和技能的形成规律,根据钳工训练特点划分项目教学模块,按照由简到难的顺序,设计一系列典型案例,使学生在项目引领下学习钳工相关理论和技能,避免理论教学与实践相脱节。在形式上,通过任务(项目)目标、任务描述、知识链接、知识拓展、技能准备、技能训练、任务分析、任务实施、任务评价等形式,引导学生明确各项目的学习目标,学习与项目相关的知识和技能,并适当拓展相关知识,强调在操作过程中应注意的问题,及时总结与反馈。
