随着国民经济的不断发展,对电能的需求也越来越高,智能电网越来越成为我国电网建设的发展方向,其中智能配电网又是电网建设的重点,这就对配电网中不可或缺的配电开关设备提出了更高的经济技术性能指标要求,特别是对配电开关设备的安全性、可靠性、小型化、智能化、环保性等方面的需求不断提高,为了满足这种发展趋势,新一代配电开关设备固体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(简称固体绝缘开关柜)应运而生。目前,介绍固体绝缘开关柜的著作尚无,生产企业和用户只能靠相关技术标准和技术资料来进行固体绝缘开关柜的设计、制造、运行维护和试验。为了满足广大从事配电开关设备,特别是固体绝缘开关柜相关研究、设计及应用的工程技术人员的需求,中国电力教育协会组织固体绝缘开关柜行业领域权威专家和相关企业的技术人员,编著了《固体绝缘金属封闭开关设备应用技术》。着重阐述了固体绝缘开关柜的设计、制造、运行维护与试验等方面的相关技术及规程,还有基本结构、技术原理等内容。同时,本书也是《配电网建设改造行动计划》系列教材之一,用以反映配电网当前技术升级和提升配电网技术人员的技术水平和业务能力。由北京双杰电气股份有限公司组织牵头,并联合业内开关设备企业的相关产品的研发、设计及运维等技术人员,在总结多年从事该领域工作的基础上,共同完成。在本书的编写过程,编者一方面深入企业工厂收集固体绝缘开关柜有关产品的资料和信息;另一方面检索和查阅了大量的文献资料,力求突显固体绝缘开关柜基本原理,反映新技术、新产品、新发展、新动向,为读者提供一个具有指导性和实用性的技术参考书籍。本书可作为固体绝缘开关柜工程技术人员的专业参考书籍,全书共分 5 章。第 1 章概括性地介绍了高压交流金属封闭开关设备及其分支——固体绝缘开关柜的分类与发展趋势,并阐述了固体绝缘开关柜的技术特点及其关键技术。第 2 章重点阐述了固体绝缘开关柜的基本结构及技术参数,其中包括固体绝缘开关柜的基本元件、基本组成、典型结构及主要技术参数。第 3 章重点叙述了固体绝缘开关柜所涉及的试验, 其中包括产品的型式试验、 出厂试验以及其他与产品的设计、生产制造直接相关的试验以及与产品交付用户所进行的交接试验。第 4 章阐述了固体绝缘开关柜的安装使用与维护检修, 其中包括设备的使用条件、 设备的安装、设备的调试与验收、设备投运与试验、设备的运行与操作方式、设备的运行维护和保养等。第 5 章概括性地介绍了固体绝缘开关柜的智能终端及其应用,其中包括智能配电网、智能终端基本结构及其功能、分布式智能终端的通信信息与处理技术等内容,从实现配电网的自动化及智能化角度出发,依据智能配电网对配电终端的智能化要求,侧重阐述智能配电终端所应具备的功能,特别是关于分布式智能控制型智能终端技术及功能。本书可供电气设备制造企业从事产品的设计研发、生产、销售、售后服务等相关人员以及电力行业从事科研、规划、设计、采购、安装调度、运行维护及相关管理工作的人员使用,也可作为大专院校相关专业师生的参考书籍。由于编者水平有限, 书中可能存在不妥和不足之处, 恳求读者给予批评指正。编 者2019 年 9 月
