2019年4月,人力资源社会保障部正式印发了《企业人力资源管理师国家职业技能标准(2019年版)》(以下简称《标准》)。为进一步推动企业人力资源管理师职业培训和职业技能等级认定工作的开展,中国就业培训技术指导中心、中国劳动和社会保障科学研究院共同组织国内高等院校、科研机构的有关专家,根据《标准》编写企业人力资源管理师国家职业资格培训教程,并于2020年年底前在我社出版。2023年,中国劳动和社会保障科学研究院组织相关专家编写了《企业人力资源管理师职业技能等级认定考试指南》,以《标准》为依据,以教程为基础,编写了鉴定说明与复习建议,对各章节的知识点进行了梳理,并提供了练习题,以指导考生更好地掌握教程中的重点、理解难点、解析疑点。
