本书采用中英文对照、图文并茂的形式编写。按照课堂教学的形式安排课时,运用教学训练原理,结合八段锦的功法特点及外国留学生的学习特点和习惯,将教学内容分解为14章进行讲授,由浅入深,由易到难。既有动作要领教学,又有易犯错误的纠正方法和功效方面的说明,集知识性、实用性和趣味性于一体,是一本适合外国留学生学习八段锦的应用工具书,也是初学者和希望提高技能的学习者的良师益友。
本书由杨玉忠、孙福编写并演示,刘笑飞、刘玲翻译,浙江传媒学院影视摄影与制作系杨子涵对动作演示进行拍摄,上海海事大学信息工程学院孙佳怡对所选图片进行计算机处理。文稿翻译和编辑工作难免有错误和不足之处,诚挚欢迎读者予以批评指正。

This book is compiled and demonstrated by Yang Yuzhong and Sun Fu, translated by Liu Xiaofei and Liu LingYang Zihan from Department of Film and Television Photography and Production, Communication University of Zhejiang shoots the movements, meanwhile, Sun Jiayi from College of Information Engineering, Shanghai Maritime University processes the selected pictures with computer.Deficiencies in editorial work and translation do exist, and criticisms and suggestions from readers are welcomed.
