浙江省绍兴供电公司经济技术研究所总师,高级工程师,长年负责电力规划及电网评审工作。配电网建设改造资深专家,三年中先后在国网总部、21家省电力公司、上百家地市供电公司授过配电网建设改造课程。参与雄安、张家口(2020冬奥会举办地)配电网建设改造方案编制审核、方案指导、项目评价工作;参与2019版《配电网建设改造设计规范导则》、《配电网典型设计》、《配电网工程标准化设计图元规范》等修编审核;近三年撰写电网优化科技论文论文十余篇,发明专利2项,国网经济技术研究院
