This code is formulated with a view to ensuring the illumination design of hydropower stations to meet the requirements of illumination function， facilitate production， work， study， living and physical and psychological health， and achieve advanced technology， cost effectiveness， energy saving， safe operation， easy maintenance and managements， and green lighting.
