李栗燕，1976年生，法学博士、博士后。南京航空航天大学教授、博士研究生导师。江苏高校青蓝工程中青年学术带头人，美国埃默里大学法学院访问学者。任中国法学教育研究会理事、中国立法学研究会理事，国家社科基金、国家公派留学基金评审专家。主持国家社科基金、教育部基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助、省社科基金等各类课题20余项，出版学术专著和全英文教程13部，发表CSSCI学术论文20多篇。获江苏省高校、江苏省社科界学术大会一等奖、二等奖等10多项奖项，双语教学获校优秀教学成果一等奖、课程观摩竞赛一等奖等10多项奖项。
