Pro. Shi Xianming obtained a bachelors degree in major of English language and culture at Sichuan International Studies University, a master''s degree in major of jurisprudence and a doctor''s degree in major of international law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and was once an academic visitor May 2010 to May 2011 in the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford. He is now a professor at law and the chairman of Professors'' Committee of the Law School of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics,a standing council member of China Society of Private International Law, and a vice president of Education Law Research Institute of Yunnan Provincial Law Society. Pro. Shi is specialized in legal methodology and international law, and has published three academic treatises and nearly forty academic essays in Chinese and English languages.
石现明教授，先后获四川外国语大学英语语言文化专业学士学位、西南政法大学法理学专业硕士学位和国际法学专业博士学位，并曾在牛津大学法学院作访问学者（2010年5月-2011年5月）。现为云南财经大学法学院教授、教授委员会主任，中国国际私法学会常务理事，云南省法学会教育法治研究会副会长。主要从事法律方法论和国际法的研究，已出版学术专著3部，发表中英文学术论文近40篇。
