章晓英，北京外国语大学国际新闻与传播学院执行院长，从教28年。获杭州大学（现
浙江大学）英语语言与文学学±、上海外国语大学国际新闻传播第二学士学位、华威大学当代英国研究硕士学位、北京外国语大学英语语言与文学（国际传播方向）博士学位。曾在英国剑桥大学访学一年。重要英文专著：The Economist''s Construction of Globalization （1985-2010）：A Narrative Analysis with a Chinese Perspective（The World Affairs Press.2012）；重要译著：《美国能向中国学什么？》。
翟峥，北京外国语大学英语学院讲师、博士，主要从事美国政治传播和大众传媒研究。主要学术成果有《现代美国白宫政治传播体系：1897-2009》、《读解新媒体》（参编）、《应对突发公共事件：国际传媒处置实证分析》（主编）、《美国文化产业》（参编）、《美国研究读本》（参编）等。曾作为富布赖特学者在美国蒙大拿州卡罗尔学院讲学，主持国家社科基金项目一项。
