本书分两大部分,第一部分为 TrueGrid 网格划分指南,第二部分为 LS-DYNA 动力学数值计算详解。这两部分内容既紧密联系,又具有各自的独立性。
TrueGrid 是美国 XYZ Scientific Applications 公司推出的通用网格划分软件,是一套交互式、批处理、参数化前处理器。TrueGrid 简单易学、功能强大,可以方便快捷地生成优化的、高质量的多块体结构化网格,非常适合为有限差分和有限元软件做前处理器,其独特的网格生成方法可为用户节省大量建模时间。2004 年我曾打算翻译 TrueGrid 用户手册,整理出书,可惜没有坚持下来。2005 年初 TrueGrid 软件的国内代理商——中仿科技有限公司的梁琳总经理找到我,我就将翻译初稿给了他,该公司在这些初稿的基础上编写了培训手册。
为了将初稿进一步补充完善,特地编写了第一部分。内容如下。
第 1 章介绍了 TrueGrid 基本操作,例如,运行模式、软件设置、基本概念、主要界面、使用注意事项等,并通过一个 14 圆柱建模例子介绍了 TrueGrid 建模基本步骤。
第 2 章对 TrueGrid 建模过程中频繁使用的命令进行了详解。
第 3 章给出了 20 个 TrueGrid 建模范例的详细命令流,读者可在此基础上举一反三。
第 4 章介绍了 TrueGrid 支持的分析软件和软件接口,最后给出了两个 TrueGrid 建模与LS-DYNA 计算直通的算例。LS-DYNA 是世界上著名的通用动力学多物理场分析程序,能够模拟真实世界的各种复杂问题,特别适合求解各种一维、二维、三维结构的爆炸、高速碰撞和金属成形等非线性动力学冲击问题,同时可以求解传热、流体、声学、电磁、化学反应及流固耦合问题,在航空航天、机械制造、兵器、汽车、船舶、建筑、国防、电子、石油、地震、核工业、体育、材料、生物医学等行业具有广泛应用。第二部分内容如下。
第 5 章介绍了 LS-DYNA 软件基本功能和最新发展,并列出了常用的 LS-DYNA 资源网站。
第 6 章内容为 LS-DYNA 入门基础知识,介绍了单位制、关键字输入数据格式、命令行语法、求解感应控制开关、文件系统、单精度和双精度求解器的应用范围、隐式和显式分析的区别,以及常用的接触、LagrangianEulerALE 算法、流固耦合算法等。
第 7 章介绍了三种侵彻计算算例,读者从中可以学习到刚性墙的用法、多种钢筋混凝土模型建模方法、二维流固耦合建模方法等。
第 8 章给出了爆炸及其作用计算算例,详细阐述了 LS-DYNA 中一维和二维冲击波计算模型建立方法、二维到三维映射计算方法、含铝炸药冲击起爆计算方法等。
第 9 章着重讨论了 LS-DYNA 中裂纹扩展计算方法,其中涉及近场动力学算法。
第 10 章为热学计算部分,对热传导、热对流、热应力、热辐射等算例进行了详解。
第 11 章通过四个算例对 LS-DYNA 的隐式分析功能进行了讲解。
第 12 章详细阐述了 S-ALE、ICFD、CESE、EM、DEM 等新增算法的功能和具体应用。
第 13 章通过 SHPB 计算介绍了重启动分析功能的使用方法。
第 14 章给出了若干计算问题的解决办法,这些经验性的总结有助于提升软件使用者的水平。
第 15 章全面介绍了前后处理软件 LS-PrePost 的后处理功能、使用方法和使用技巧。
