赵淑梅，政治学博士，中国人民大学马克思主义学院副院长，副教授，中国人民大学中共党史党建研究院研究员，中国人民大学最新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究院研究员，中国中共党史学会党建史专业委员会理事，北京高校党建研究会顾问。长期从事党史党建领域的研究与教学工作，主持国家社科基金、北京社科基金等各级课题20余项，在《中共党史研究》《中国特色社会主义研究》《光明日报》等报刊上发表论文数十篇，合著《中国共产党与当代中国》（2014）。
