《中日大城市低收入保障房体系对比研究》由裘知著，论述的是：In recent years, although China is working hard to establish a reasonable public housing provision security system, the housing shortage problem faced by the large low income Population has not been efficiently tackled.To provide a suitable public housing the type on rent prowsion model for metropolitan areas in China,it is important to first clarify the security target influencing the related policy and institutional system as well as the public housing design and construction system. This research is aiming at studying on the following issues: why to choose public housing provision as the main housing security instrument for current China ? Why to choose the public housing provision system of Japan of the 1970s as reference? Why the models of the two countries have comparability? Which partof the system of Japan could be taken as reference, and which part Could not be taken as reference?

2011年于日本东京大学取得博士学位，现执教于浙江大学建筑系，长期从事住宅计划学与人居环境研完。以及建筑设计与建筑认知的教学工作极为关注社会弱势群体，如低收入者、高龄者、与残障者的居住困难问题，并对国内外相关领域进行深入调查和研究，试图有针对性地、通过对我国相关政策法令的调整、住宅设计与生产方式的优化整合，全面提升弱势群体的居住品质。
